The Closer LLC

List in SC as out of N Carloina. Has a 2 1/2 star rating with a pay range of $75 to $90.
Is their in recent information on them?
I recieved a call from them is AM asking for a Am assignment in a area in which I usually get $150 for signing and travel. I had to turn them down as I was booked till 4 PM that day. And after the call in checking them out in SC I don't work for 2 1/2 star SS.

They have called me many times. They offered me $90 each time and I didn't take it. I told them I need at least $100 and they said I had to email their accounting department. I never heard back from accounting. I asked to be removed from their list, but they occasionally still call when they're very busy.

This is Pablo's company who broke away from Now closings. They meet my fee, and on a preferred list with them, but will try and lowball you if you let them and never worked with them before. Pays twice per month, 30 days average. I never have a problem with them, nor had any issues getting responses back for any issues at closing or docs. Do not know why they are given 2.5 stars. I average 3-5 closings a month give or take.

starting paying their "preferred" notaries a good fee. I do quite a few for them every mo.
Yes, I understand they usually offer $90, but you can request a higher fee. I don't know that they'd go $150, but I don't know your area & the travel involved.

I do 3-4 per week with them.
If there are faxbacks or a distance , they up the payment without me asking.
Never had a payment issue, and very easy to wrk with.
