The Closer LLC
I just wanted to take a moment to give an update on a couple items.
1) We have finally corrected our sweep problem with payments so no longer will anyone say your check can not be cashed because of the balance in the account. For those that do not know a sweep account is an account used by large companies to prevent balances from sitting in accounts used for expenses only. The balance is always zero. when an item is presented for payment the account is supposed to sweep the funding account to pay the item immediately and keep the balance zero.
2) We will be implementing direct deposit VERY soon. We are in the final stages of that project. Expect Holden to send an email asking for direct deposit forms from those I have not received them from. This will get all payments in your hands faster!
As always if you call and no one answers please leave a voicemail (phones ring off the hook its impossible to answer every call). the best way to ask a question is to send an email to [e-mail address]. I have noticed that many of you send emails by replying to system generated emails that have specific no reply email addresses. Those emails go to no one unfortunately.
We are in the middle of testing with a very small amount of closings some new software please realize that it still has many bugs in it which we are slowly working through with your help.

Thank you for the information. I am responding as a CPA/notary. Since I have never worked for your company, I am in a position to make some other suggestions. My suggestion is going to SCORE (retired executives that work with the SBA), that is part of the SBA and see if the representative you work with has some other ideas to make it easier for both you and the notaries that work for you. It is amazing how an outsider is able to see ways to make the process easier for both parties. Good luck in making these changes work.

NEVER tell anyone how to make determinations you are NOT the customer.

See thats what I think too (not related to this company), if a call was to be dropped most folks would return a call. A hang up, you get no call back.
