This is real funny stuff honestly ROFL

I'll try to be a bland as possible. Signing involved primary residence and investment property. Wife would not sign off on ref of primary residence (she hadn't lived their in __ years) because he bought property in his name without telling her. Yes an interspousal grant deed was signed......by somebody.

The real funny part is, when he looked at the title report/credit report it showed two EXTRA pieces of property he didn't know about....in her name, that she got the same way.

Now they can't do anything with any of the properties because of all that hanky panky neither one will admit to forging the other's name.

THAT was the funniest, dumbest argument I have EVER witnessed in my life! ROFLMA as I type this.

<< ... ref of primary residence (she hadn't lived there in __ years)>>

Several guesses here:
1. that's not her primary residence;
2. they maintain separate households;
3. while living apart, each one has purchased property and failed to communicate this to the other; and, finally,
4. this may all be resolved in divorce court.

ROFLMAO!!! Thanks, James! Validated why I'm so happy being single.

1. True......her primary is the house she purchased herself (before she moved out.

4. This will definitely have to be settled in divorce court but there is so much fraud involved Jail after divorce.
But first of all, they can't refi any of if. The argument was mostly about who cheated who FIRST! ROFL.

Isn't that what you call Karma? Smile

The other side of that, though, is how did they get away with forging the other person's name on docs that needed to be notarized, (e.g. Interspousal, etc.)? Some notary clearly didn't do their job! That part's not too funny.
