Turned back a signing
because they didnt want to pay for faxbacks. No mention of it in the original scheduling (and yes I ask all pertinent questions). No worries though, Im not that desperate to do things for free. Now I just freed up time to continue studying for my Title license exam this friday and even got some more time to get started on my Real estate exam prep for July.
Its funny how they want free services from notaries BUT would they walk into FedEx/UPS demanding free fax service?

fee they quoted. I think the service is worth $25 additional but I never get that much.

Nope. They said they weren't aware and asked if I wanted $10 for fax backs and then said they won't pay for any fax backs. So they asked me if I wanted to pass it along to someone else. I said yup, then got a call from a manager asking if I requested to pass it along since they won't pay for fax backs. Yup again.
Oh just got a call from a great company and paid more than my fee to cover a signing. I guess it was a blessing I turned back the previous signing. Lol like Diddy says "take that, take that"

I did a signing on fri rush, rush, we need you to fax back "criticals" I said okay (although I normally don't do fax backs and told them that) then it turned out to be 63 docs faxed. I charge them $25 additional and this is the email I got back.....
........ I'm still checking into your after closing fee increase. They were not happy with that at all..... so I guess I'm suppose to kiss their butt (Yea I hope you're reading this) but I won't. Pay me my $175 or it will cost you a lot more!!!...........
HUD1 Notary fees showed $375.00
