blue links to the internet?

is it just my browser? All of a sudden I am seeing random links (underlined in blue) in posts. Such as the word gamble links to an ad for Las Vegas. etc....Is this a new thing from NR?

I had that happen to me once

It was a tool bar that I had erroneously downloaded when I had downloaded a particular program. You can go to your control panel and add or remove programs, look carefully for any program that contains the word "toolbar". You can remove it and restart your computer.
That's what worked for me.
