We're trying to get them listed. They are based in Las Vegas, NV. It is a home based business. At least one poster on this forum was offered a very low fee for a four-signer loan and 40 notarizations, a split signing for a very high end property in Lake Tahoe. This notary turned it back, $100 on a $475 fee with title company. Of course, the other notary for two more borrowers was likely $100, but a 237.5% markup on the SS's side? Seem a little excessive and greedy to any one else?

I did a signing for them and we agreed upon a fee and they paid me in Two weeks. Looks like a good company to me.
