Does anyone have experience with 7 Day Notary in San Jose, CA?
They are not listed in Signing Central, and a search listed limited, and old information.

uh-oh..inquire about their DUNS, BBB ratings and check em out on CA Corporations site, do they have a biz license, other notaries reviews? good luck.
oh, yeah, any convictions? Are they notaries too? BIGGIES!

Have no experience with them. They do have a website which states they've been in business since 2006.

perhaps the CASOS would have info on them/principal if notary/owner is in good standing....CA Corporations website is also excellent as Cheryl mentioned....

BTW... not all legitimate companies will show up on the CA Corporations site... only those formed as corporations or LLCs/LLPs. Anyone setup as any other business type won't show up there.
Also, not all legit business have a DUNS number or BBB entry, either.

I did accept the signing from them, which occurred last night. I will post again once I receive payment, and try to add them to signing central. Thank you to all for the responses

I tried to add this company to signing central, but it would not let me do it.
The error message I received read “this company is already in our database”, if it is there I cannot see it, lol!

You can't add 7 day to SC because owner, Angela D. Moehring, is already listed individually as a basic member in zip 95123.

I received payment from this company on 4/4/13 for a signing I did on 3/22/13. Payment was received in just less than two weeks. Documents were received in a timely manner and no micro managing. I would work with Angela again.
