Acccurate National Signings

This company is AWESOME to work with. They communicate very well and are always available to answer questions anytime. Amanda, Michelle, and Heather are always very pleasant over the phone and never come across stressed out, even though they are super busy.

I am so glad I am working closely with them. Great communication with a smile. I dont understand the negative comments about not getting paid on time. I always do and the 30-45 pay period is very normal and not a big deal. Anyone expecting a check asap is nuts and unreasonable.

They are one of the worse...although they met my fees, I still have not been paid for January signings and I received loan docs late every single time during the end of month. I will NEVER do anymore of their signings. The TC's I do closings for pay shortly after disbursement and I have never had any issues being paid. Once these SS receive their cut from TC's they hold on to our fee. Having to chase your money down after I have earned it is not pleasant, unfair and unjust. Being paid in 30, 45, 90 days is really unheard of. Especially when I have worked in this for 27 years from pre-post processing, disbursements, preparing HUD's, manager, closer, realtor, etc.

Hello Karen,

I am sad to see that you now think we are the worst company, you have done several signings for us and thought that there was nothing wrong because you kept taking them, you just recently decided you were not going to work for us. You know the situation and we feel that is was clearly the back door way of making more money. I am not going to air your dirty laundry on this site but I just wanted to say that the way you have conducted your self on said day does not show 27 years of experience it shows that you have a few things to learn about dealing in this business.

Thank you

Glad ANS is working out for you, Joe.

From the postings I've read, you seem to be one of the few that are happy with them.

Different strokes .....

Well, the typical SS is using our hard earned $$ for as long as 5 1/2 weeks. Personally, I prefer to be paid within 3 to 6 days of completing the work. Seems more equitable. No monkey in the middle to play with my money.

Furthermore, I want to be paid when everyone from that settlement statement is being paid....from the payoff mortgage company on down to title company and property taxes. That's the way it's suppose to be. But, no we being paid last and in some cases not at all. Bunch of BS if anyone settles for that. NOT ME. Sorry.

I am with you on this one Joey, these girls are great they help me with all of my needs at the signing and before, very knowledgeable. It is each their own who they work for and the policy's they accept, I like working for someone that is always there and does not check out at 5PM when I am still at the signing table at 5:15PM with borrowers questions. I am fine with getting my pay in their time frame, after the first signing I did for them I get my checks like clock work the first to second week of every month.

Too each their own and prosper in business the way that suits them.

Keep it up Accurate National Signings, you are great.

To docgirl and the OP

You know you are so right. To each their own. I have come to learn everything is not about money. Or we would all be hookers or porn stars. I have just cut loose from a company who pays like clockwork weekly. But the total disregard and disrespect for their notaries. To me, it is not any longer worth the monetary reward. Again: to each his own. We must each set our standard for selfworth and values and not judge others by the standard we set up for ourselves.

WOW, I would like to know what this company has done wrong? I see mixed reviews. It seems that either you love them or hate them.

I have done 4 for them and I think that they have helped me a lot when needed.
Has everyone that has posted on here worked for this company and are you speaking first hand? Or are you talking due to lack of work and needing to vent about something?

Thank you
