Accurate National Signings -two unpaid invoices from January
I've followed up three times with both Martha (in accounting) and with Amanda Kirkish (Accounts Manager) to request a check number for signings that I completed on 1/25/13 and 1/26/13. However, no luck receiving a check number and payment still has not reached me. I have read the comments about their lack of concern and agree that they are not concerned at all. I recommend to avoid working for Accurate National Signings due to their slow payment practices.

Please rate them in SC. That is where we all go when we get a call.

They're not in SC John - because they have a notary
listing. Admin hasn't deleted that notary listing and they won't step up to the plate and delete it themselves so they can be properly added to SC, rated and all threads linked - and I'll tell you why - if they do that they know they'll be lucky to get 2 stars.
Time for something to be done about this abuse of the system ..this is ridiculous.

You are so right Linda. Harry, how about getting this done??? No biggie unless you are concerned of loosing income from these two faced companies.

Re: They're not in SC John - because they have a notary
Linda who are you? You are all over this board complaining about all. Have you worked for this company? are you speaking on knowledge or are you just assuming knowledge? if you have not worked for this company is seems that you are putting the cart before the horse.
Unless you are an administration of NOTROT then contact the company and explain your glitch to them, It looks from other posts that many companies have come into this same issue. Other than that please only speak on what you know which seems to be blogging and not doing signings. I am sorry if this is harsh but why do the SS's get the bad rap? I am pretty sure that 30% of the posters on here are sitting home waiting for the pot of gold to be placed in their lap instead of working and accepting signings. I accept the signings from this company all the time with the knowledge that I will be paid 30-45 BUSINESS days from the closing.
Lets stop gripping and do more working.
That is my opinion

My post is based on fact
They are a signing service with a basic notary listing - so they are unable to be listed in Signing Central. They KNOW this problem exists and won't do anything to fix it - like delete their notary listing so notaries who worked for them can list them in SC and they can be properly rated. By avoiding this rating system they're flying under the radar.
I don't know who you are docgirl, so I don't owe you one iota of explanation.

By the way Docgirl - you'll want to make note that I
haven't complained about the company at all - since I've never worked for them I have no reason to - all I've commented on is their listing. So maybe I'm not the one who should get their facts straight before they gripe?

Re: By the way Docgirl - you'll want to make note that I
Hello Linda,
I am a fellow notary that likes to say positive but has been caught up with the garbage that my fellow notary's have posted. Here is my Opinion to each their own, I like a company you don't, I accept their payment others don't, It is a matter of opinion and every company, person, signing agent deserves to work out and have a flourishing business where there are so many on unemployment. We are in the business of doing the job prior to being paid, I would have never took this on full time if I did not know the consequences and have the cash backing to pay my bill why I wait to be paid 30-45 Business days or 60 NET days is not a big deal to me, some maybe, others it does not bother them either. Now when it is getting 6 months out that is when I say no Thank you.
I think that positivity breeds positivity and negativity breeds negativity. Lets give us a better name out there and not complain so much about the things we can not change.

I really don't like liars. Let me point out to you
"Posted by docgirl of CA on 9/15/12 5:49pm Msg #434554 I am part of the management team for Accurate National Signings, I am aware of the issue with Notary Rotary and the response that I got from them is there is a glitch in there system not allowing this company to be added to SC, they are working on fixing the issue. "
Now - as part of the "mangement team for Accurate National Signings" - fix this problem. This was posted in September, 2012 - 6 months and still nothing? Simple fix - delete your profile in your basic listing - poof....gone.
Until you step up and do the right thing and stop avoiding the system, I have nothing more to say to you, miss I'm just a fellow notary...ugh..

Oh my you caught me, LOL. I use to work for Accurate and now I am a full time signing agent, just like you, so please tell me what have I lied about? SO I have nothing but nice things to say about this company. September of last year, you caught me.

Use to work for us.
Hello Linda,
Just wanted to Update you and let you know that Doc girl worked at Accurate from, August of last year to the end of September. So calling her a liar is presumptuous, she is on here as a fellow NSA and we appreciate her work.
I am not looking for an argument just wanted to update and clear the air.
Thank you

Well that's pretty sucky, especially since January was such a great month for everyone. They could at least pay something, one of these with a promise to pay the other one on such and such a date.
So folks, are we to assume they may be one of the first to die on the vine as a SS in the coming months?
Careful everyone not to accept work unless they pay via Pay Pal, credit card or ACH. You'll get stiffed too.

It seems they historically take as long as 50 days to pay notaries. Now, I think that is pretty horrible business practice. No reason for that. They've been rated slow payment at least since August 2012.
I wouldn't work for a company that is that slow to pay. Maybe Joe Maita is happy with that arrangement, but I know most of you are not.
They are on my list. Harry, where are you? We need to fix this?

Change the telephone numbers and add them to Signing Central
---that’s one way to skin that cat. It's the only way to get them listed and rated.

Re: Change the telephone numbers and add them to Signing Central
And then the poor sap who has that number will be bombarded with angry notaries looking for payment.
