IF it's a JBN loan with 2 borrowers be prepared to do more than 30 notarizations. Title is good.

Do you mean Vantage Point Title or Advantage Title?

If it is Vantage Point Title and a JBNutter loan, be prepared for faxbacks. Otherwise the TC is responsive, does not handhold, and pays quickly.
