If my memory serves me correctly I did one for her in 2011 and she paid fair and paid on time as agreed. She also increased my fee to go back because a doc was missing from the package.

I did some work for Allison at the end of last year... two different visits to the same person... a split signing on a seller's package. Everything went fine, and she paid an extremely fair rate, about a 30-45 day turnaround for payment. I would totally work for her again.

Update, did two for her so far in 2013, she paid fair and about 30 days average. Would work again.
