Ameristar Title, Dallas? Southlake?, TX

Recently got a call as they are 'expanding their database'. The Dallas one (Ameristar Family of Companies) doesn't look real good--3Star, but only 1 good, recent comment--in SC and I just wanted to add that they said they were a signing service and not a title co. Well, the phone # is for a Title Co. in Southlake, TX and not a Signing Service. Not cool tactics, imho.

What phone number do you have for them? There are two companies with that name, one in Dallas and one in Southlake (which is about 30 miles from Dallas).

It's the Southlake, TX one. Googled it and the phone # matches my CID. Are they related? Nevertheless, they said they were a signing service whereas the phone # matches the Title Co. in Southlake, TX.
