Feb killed the 1/4 the other months were ok nothing to write home about. But I need to hit a set dollar amount every month in order to be functional.

Feb was not hit so tapped into savings to cover month. March was break even and now with the April first deals kicking in I see a major slow down heading into April.

January was a good month for me. February was bad. It was about 1/5 what I made in January. March is back to Dec & January levels. Already booked for 10 loans first week of April.

Awesome month end. First couple of weeks of March were kind of mediocre, but last two weeks made up for it. Yesterday was killer. I didn't stop until around 10pm, then had soup and hit the wall!

Great quarter. No deadbeats, no low ballers, no drama! All great clients. What a blessing! Hope the rest of the year is the same.
