California Western Escrow

Has anyone had any dealings with this company? I did a partial closing for them last summer and now they are refusing to pay because the lender messed up and it had to be resigned in California. I have sent them a litany of e-mails but no response other than, "we're not paying you."

Escrow companies in CA are regulated by the Dept. Of Corporations. Draft a complaint letter to that department and date it five days ahead of the day you draft the letter. Then fax and email a copy to the escrow company with a separate note stating you will be sending that letter if they do not FedEx all monies owed to you.
