Coast to Coast

They called me said that I would receive doc over night mail. Well, that changed and now I'm to print. I say fine my fee is $xxx. They say ok. I get package and it's 258 pages on legal paper only. I email them back and ask for an addition $25 for the printing, especially on legal paper. They just email me and tell me no can do. So I emailed back and said sorry I can't do it. I have to stick to my guns. Plus, Coast to Coast doesn't have such great reviews.

Did that 258 package include borrower's copy? Just wondering .....

Yes it did. Still a lot of pages that they either weren't aware of or just didn't care. And they want them to be printed on legal paper only.

I don't think a 128 page packet is that large. I would print the borrowers copy on letter. IMO.

258 pages total. If they send them in PDF format and scan it to legal size, it's not easy to print on letter size if the documents are not aligned properly. Been through that before. I didn't think my request was unreasonable, especially after reading some of the posts here on NR. The original price quote for given for them to overnight docs to me. That changed so I revised my price, asked how many pages were in the packet. "I'm not really sure, it shouldn't be too many, it's a simple refi". Ok, I think we've all hear that before.
