Collect fee from the borrower?

I just got a call from a title company. They asked me to collect the fee from the borrower. Anyone has this experience?

The notary fee. But I talked to the title company, and they agree to collect it. The problem is solved. Thanks for response.

It appears the title company has a collection issue

It appears that the title company has a collection issue with the lender—wouldn’t it be nice if we could collect our fee in advance, too?
