I was doing quite a few loans for ServiceLink prior to New Year, I have not heard from them since 1st week in January.

Have been doing quite a few closings for them. Then, on Monday, I was asked to do a closing this morning, but would need to send an updated BGC. I sent them one that was done three weeks ago, but they said they couldn't accept that one. I then said I ordered the Nexis Lexis one on the 8th, but haven't received it. They said sorry, until you receive that one in the mail, we can't give you any more closings.

Yes, for sure, they're out there!

They have a pretty spiffy system that deactivates you if anything expires. My BCG expired a couple of years ago and I didn't realize it for three weeks. Got ZERO calls from three of the great big companies that I usually work with. It occurred at tax time, so I was organizing receipts/files in all of the quiet time, and that's when I realized it was my background check! I renewed and faxed my new check (it came back in about 4 days) to my quiet clients and the phones started ringing again.

When in doubt, call vendor management and ask if there's anything you can do to update your records.

They called me last Friday to do a cash sale closing on Saturday. Everything went fine, and have already been paid. I am not registered with them, but the scheduler who set this up asked me to send my information in and get listed in their database. I did that, and then they refused to add me because I don't have enough experience for them.
The people I dealt with were very nice, paid so quickly; hope they will find it in their hearts to call me again!
