Just a question.
Do you all print docs as you get them in your email or do you wait until right before the closing? That is assuming they arrive a day or so early.

Depends if I want the closing to cancel ...
Jk, but it also never fails - print too far in advance and Murphy kicks his law into action. I get itchy and will usually cross my fingers and print, prep, make envelopes, whatever I can do as soon as I can do it. It helps feed the shred box ...

I download right away if that is the method the client is providing the documents. They may be monitoring the downloads, and I'd like them to know I'm not ignoring them. It also gives me a chance to look at the wording of the certificates and any ID verification page, to see if I can live with the language. If there is a form that requires the signer to look up information, I ask if I can email it to the signer ahead of time. But I don't print until fairly close to the appointment time in case of a cancellation or change in the documents.

Yea I learned the hard way. Good advice. I always try to be ahead of the game, if possible, but this month it bit me in my rear. This was a strange month all the way around.

I usually print one set as soon as I get them so I can be sure they are printed properly. Bo set gets printed right before I walk out the door. Yes I have a pretty big shred box right now, waiting for the community shred event.

I print when I get them...Comcast seems to be unsteady here at times for the internet.
