I posted about the email notification not payment problems.
On 12/04/2011 I commented in signing central. "Paid, but late after much prodding from TC, verify terms of PMT".
Did you comment about your dissatisfaction also? Gheeez

That’s a nice idea, but it’s also a lot of wasted time, something most can’t afford if they are doing any kind of volume. Why not just cut the check and send it? They could do that in the time they spend on the e-mail. JMO

Well they gotta have overhead, I mean afterall, It takes five minutes to find a notary....then what do they do?

If any SS conducts business honestly, as they should, and looks after the needs of their customers, (title), their NSA partners, and also the borrowers/buyers/sellers, and the lenders (LO's) much, much more than you may imagine. At first glance, it sounds easy but trust me on this…. it isn't if one does it properly.

I have done numerous jobs for Ron and have never had any problem being paid, on time, and fee met. I don't have any waiting in the tube for payment right now, but look forward to receiving an email letting me know that payment for the next job I do for them is on the way.... and I will be able to check on the length of time to receipt.
