National Vendor Solutions
We just want to say that National Vendors Solutions are wonderful to work with. They also pay you a fair price. At first, We didn't like the fact you couldn't call the borrowers to confirm signing. We now have come to love this way of doing this - we don't have to call - it makes our job much easier.

I have done many closings (in the past) for them and they do pay quickly.
Hope you love them just as much when the borrower isn't there and they don't pay you for your drive, or the borrower doesn't sign and they don't pay you for the closing. I refuse to work for any company that doesn't pay full price for signing regardless if they don't show up to sign or cancel at the table/after the closing.

I dont like the dont call BO. I had one where they lived in a new development and my Garmin and Google map wouldnt pick it up. I had to NVS and get the number to get the directions to the BO home. I live in an area where there are new housing developments popping up like popcorn.

Such a civilized post. I agree they are good but am with ToniK on this. My area has areas where GPS may take you unneccessarily on planned but not finished dirt roads. A chat with the borrower will save your car and make life easier. A must.

13 five star post in ONE day (3/13) ???
8 pages of instruction plus 13 pgs of "compliance training" ??? I gave it back.

I was told by their scheduling dept that you are allowed to call the borrower once you have docs but not before.
They do pay quickly and their docs are always on time (for me).
My issue with them is their large pkgs on all legal sized paper. They will book w/ you and look for a cheaper notary and then cancel if they can find one.

I have done signings in the past and was always paid in full and on time. But I did a quicky 2 pager for them in December and cannot seem to get paid, and it is the least amount I have charged them. Emails, just sent an invoice with attachements that show they said no invoice necessary, all to no avail yet. I will not do any signings for them until I am paid for last December.

Re: Same here, small one no pay, since November.
I used to do quite a few for them then they started canceling and I think it was because they found someone cheaper and now they don't call me at all which is just as well because I will not take another chance at being cancelled.

Re:I was just notified today that the check is being issued.
Due to this being a fix of another notary's mistake, there was some confusion. It would have been nice though to have had a response from them earlier.

I like to call the buyers myself. Most live in a gated community, most need to be reminded to have their DL photocopied, have a wittness. I like to run my own operations, and set a re-pore before I get there with the client. I did 2 closings, both cancelled on the way to the closing with no explanation. I don't like that.
