Not/Rot PDF Page Sorter

I love that a SS sent me the link (as part of their confirmation) to the PDF Page Sorter that Not/Rot has made available to us! It made both of our jobs easier.

I used it for the first time. LOVED IT!!!

Re: OK, it worked reliably the 1st time, but....

the 2nd and 3rd uses cost me a bunch of paper due to cutoff pages on the letter end. I must have done something wrong when setting up my printer? but that doesn't make sense to me, as the sorter is supposed to indicate which size. Are there/Is there changes I can make to the pdf file/files rec'd before I submit them?
