This bill seems to reach a little too deeply into the business of notarizing loan documents.

Brenda, this is primarily an insurance statute relating to title insurance, settlement agents/agencies. I don't see anything related to the notarization of the documents, except I did note that it doesn't delineate the agent as also being a notary, or having a notary on staff.
