Quit Claim Deed

I have a quit claim deed to notarize in a couple of hours and have a question on a portion that needs to be filled in.

"Being the same property conveyed to Grantor by deed dated _______ and recorded on ______ in ________, in the records of Bernalillo County, State of New Mexico."

Will the borrower know the date of the original deed? How are the other two blanks to be filled in. Sorry folks, first time.

Regards!

Whoever is providing the Quit Claim Deed to you

attorney, title, signers - must provide that info and complete the Deed. If an attorney or title company - they have that info in their search.

Signers should have it in their original Warranty Deed.
