Reading through a vendor agreement and it actually

says, "______ may also waive your fee for documents lost in transit, delayed shipment or....."

How in the world is that our fault if we can prove we shipped on time with the correct shipper!

I hope you guys are reading your contracts.

A vendor agreement is not worth the paper it is written on. Smile

I have not signed any vendor agreements and I still get the calls.

I saw a vendor agreement - can't remember the name of the Sacramento, CA company right now, but it was the one that sued James cos he wouldn't sign it - that didn't bother to list a whole bunch of anything. It simply said if there was any little thing that set them off they didn't have to pay you. Pretty much covered everything. Bad hair day? No pay. Cold pizza? No pay. Didn't like the sound of your voice? No pay. This would, of course, go into effect only AFTER the signing was completed.

What is the "sued James story?" I have heard it

mentioned several times.

It was U.S. Certified Signers....The first agreement they sent me said, I would be responsible for any illegal activites during the signings. The next time I did a signing for them the agreement read ANY illegal activities by ANYONE involved in the signing process. That's what I objected to.....I wouldn't sign, they wouldn't pay, I bitXXed to the parent company, they lost the account, they suited me for $15,000.00 (loss of income) and lost. He is still an ass!

Re: msg #326882

And no I still haven't been paid but it cost him $15,000.00 (he said) and I lost $215.00 and can still call him what ever I want because it's the truth.

BTW,...When someone is late paying me, I send them a copy of of Judgement in my favor and they pay me full fee as if to say, GOOD ridden...which is alright with me as long as I get my cash.
