Saturday signings - I have 2 today

I must say that this month so far has been a little slower than the past several months. I really enjoy Saturday signings and I am not sure why but was wondering how everyone else's Saturday business is going. How many do you have today? I have two - one with docs and one without docs (so far).

Lately I've been getting a few Saturday closings. I do have 2 today. Last Saturday I had 3. Go figure.

I guess Saturday signings are no different than the rest of the week. Four signings and only one set of docs. Now I will have time to get caught up with my accounting from the rest of the week!!!

Mine was.......... LSI!!! Citibank. I called the borrowers to tell them that I am not coming at the appt time because their docs have not yet been released to me. They tell me that they recieved a call at 10 PM LAST NIGHT that the paperwork was not ready and the closing would have to be postponed until next week. I am so ticked that LSI did not bother to let the notary know the appt was canceled.

I had four today. Docs for three in hand all printed for me, printed my fourth one in time for last signing at 3pm at the bank branch and got everything back to FEDEX and escrow before 5pm. Good to get home before dark and get ready for bed and read a good book, cup of herb tea. Fog is rolling in. Monday will be crazy...I get one day off to recuperate and regenerate for the real month end madness coming up.
