Scan Question

Example: I had 2 n/o props last week. Came home and scanned docs in but emailing the file was limited to 25MB. One file had 24MB and that went through fine but the 2nd one was 26MB. I had to break it into 2 separate scans. I tried emailing the 26MB through Comcast and Gmail but could not.

My question is this.....is there any way to email a larger scan package?

P.S. I had to reconfig my scanner settings to eliminate

the OCR. That's what solved my problem and made the files smaller. I have not had any trouble sending files since I did this.

For some reason when I scan in black and white, the signatures don't always come thru. I found that if you change the scan to "grayscale" and the resolution to 2 dpi, it captures the signatures and also, the file stays under the 25MB limit. If that doesn't work, then, I just scan two batches into two separate emails. Hope this helps.

Use Yahoo email, they are better for larger packages
