Signature Closers **DEAD BEATS**

Owes me for a closing in Jan, said it was direct deposited....I DONT HAVE DIRECT DEPOSIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only way to communicate with them is by email they check once a week!! Never again!

up with them this week if not paid.

Was my first with them and there will be no more until I'm paid.

Are there any attorneys on this forum who can explain about collecting "business bad debts?" This would be the case where the income was not reported on the notaries/business owner's tax return because the notary was on the cash basis of accounting. Just goes to show I sometimes don't know the answer, but the right question to ask Smile

I have done two signings for them in the last couple of months and was paid within 30 days. I've talked with Chris and look forward to working with both Mark and Chris in the coming year.

This is why it is important to include as much info as possible about the company when asking, etc. We don't want to slam the incorrect company any more than give thanks to the wrong company.

sounds like there was a mix up with your account. Give Mark a call, number is in SS, or email him with details.
I wouldn't burn any bridges. they're a great company!

I think you need to give them a call they are a company that pays for the work you have performed.

Mark is easy too talk with.

I love working for them. No problems. They pay on the 5th of the month for all closings I've done for the previous month. Very professional. Call them. (888) 677-7462

I've worked with them for over a year with no problems. Packages are alittle on the big side but he pays for that. No problem getting paid either.

I have had ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS with them. Received direct deposit for all my February Closings already.

Never turn down a call from them...direct deposit always there, great communication for the most part and they have actually up'd my fee when the package size was huge without even asking. Great company!

Hi Patty,

I apologize we haven't had a chance to reply here sooner. Thank you to everyone else who defended our payment reputation. We certainly do our best to pay in a timely manner and hope you find we conduct our business in an ethical way.

For this particular signing (Patty) conducted on 1/18/13, per our payment schedule we released payment on 2/15/13 with check # 5445 (not direct deposit and I am not sure where we said that... if we did I apologize but you may have confused our confirmation email where it says we will pay with direct deposit if you are signed up for it but likely provided a check #).

I show this check has cleared our account back in February. If you feel you have additional unpaid closings please contact us at [e-mail address]. We do check this email once per week and have found generally this works because we are so prompt with our payment.
