Don't tell me we're doing this again! Didn't you all rate this company last month about 20 times on this forum until we were all ready to barf?

37 times, to be exact, not 20. What a waste of space and energy and not for our readership pleasure in the least.

No reason to "Chill" - SC is the proper place for commenting

I don't know if they are a company that does so, but when a company requests for their NSA's to to comment on NotRot, they mean they want them to go to SC and rate and comment there, NOT here.

I have worked with a few companies that respect NotRot and want to maintain their good record which they have earned. After payment was received, I updated my SC comments on those companies.

Yes, it happens from time to time someone will post once here and there about a company, but when its happens 37 times and appears to be at the companies request, I consider it advertising (for the SS) which is not allowed. And if it happens to be for a really good company that is not intending for people to do this on the Work board, IMO, it's the posting NSA's that end up hurting the reputation of a good company because they don't understand.

PS

I'm not even that upset right now about the OP, my irritation in my post above is really for Dennis for telling others:

"Chill people. I also recommend them" (prior I assume)-- Then proceeds to do it again in the same post!

I work for Signature Closers, LLC on a regular basis. My comments are in SC, as they should be. In my opinion, all general postings like this are advertising and should be deleted.

I was scheduled to do a closing for them on 1/23 (have worked for them on other occasions with no problems). The closing was canceled after I printed the docs. I finally received a response from them after emailing them a few times about not receiving my print fee. Below is their response:

"I have no record of this in our system. I show it closed in VT. Also, we do not authorize print fees traditionally as we view this as a cost of doing business for the notary (at least in Ohio when I have done closings for 10 years I have never been paid a print fee). That being said, we like working with you guys so we can add $10-$15 onto your next file to cover your ink / paper?"

My response, if that is the way you do business, maybe we don't want to work for you again.
