Got a email from them today, a refi for $85.00, called them and gave them my base fee, $$$.$$, she said that their standard fee is $85.00, for refi,printing 2 copies and fax back. And that they have notaries to fill the job. They are not in SC. I am going to put a comment about them on their fees. Still Low , IMO

I dont care why they are emailing me, I called to see if they would meet my fee, and they would not, so thats that. I will not work for less than my base fee.
