Slowwwww
Has anyone else been really slow this month? This is probably the worst month I have had in 9 years. Not one closing. Usually I do 2-3 a week as I work FT.

Mary, no worries please; you’ll make it up during upcoming months! Concentrate on office work –or have fun with leisure if you’re all caught up on paperwork
By virtue of shifting focus your circumstances will soon take a turn for the better. Promise! -Thriving here in New York, many months and counting.
Be well.

My calendar looked very good
until I began to confirm my appts....then they almost all had reasons for not wanting to do it at the scheduled time.
Mrs. stuck in snow in NJ; the yacht club conscripted them to do lunch (I love that one); some of my patients are very ill - I have to check my schedule again; I didn't make that appointment.
Am thinking of a begging strategy and which corner might be best. Oh, what to wear?

Re: My calendar looked very good
Mary: I am so sorry that my message ended up in your thread. I see now it was so thoughtless to border on callousness. My problems are so tiny - please know I did not intend to inflict any pain or discomfort or whatever. I am begging your forgiveness for this flippant remark.

I'm down about 30% of where I expected to be. Lots of last minute cancellations in the past week. LOTS of them. Lots of show up with docs that are wrong, lots of lenders not completing paperwork.
I honestly don't mind a little bit of a slow down, I've been really busy this month with other things, but Oh, how I hope this isn't part of a long term trend. I've really enjoyed the busy months lately!
Hope it picks up for you soon.

Slowww in Florida as well. Had no EOM, nothing even scheduled until Monday. Sad You can tell when interests rates go up, refi's drop like rocks. Many cancellations...
