Success in marketing directly to title companies?

Has anyone had success in getting business directly from the title companies? If so, is it better to go in the office or try and get the corporate contact information to get on their list?

I do business directly with the local TC's and escrow companies...I saw no reason for them to find me through NR

He was asking if you have had success...sounds like you have, so what marketing technique worked for you?
