Twice called for a $65 quicken loan
Seriously???? Their excuse is its a smaller package and doesn't take long to do the signing. I refused and told them find someone else. They then met my fee (after getting approval). So this SS is pocketing a crapload if money if notaries are accepting these $65 fees....
So disappointed in Titlesource for going with SS.
Last week this company was begging someone to take $85, then it became $75 and this week it's now $65. Oy Vey!!
Next week who wanna bet it's $55? Lol

They handle allot of BOA loan they spilled the beans to me - getting the same cattle call. Those $60 BOA files are usually 200 pages.
I work with them once in a while when the meet my standard fee which is much, much higher. Stick to your guns. Just be nice and professional to them - they usually come around.

I had a quicken loan yesterday for a purchase transaction through TC directly, paid $175. Gotta get away from these low ballers, they're making $110 on the spread.
Listen up, fellow NSAs.

If the difference in what they offered and your fee were under $25, then I'd believe they really did get your fee approved. But if they're offering $65 and you charge $125 or more, then <hate to say this> but lowballers said whatever you wanted to hear to get you to take the signing The check you'll receive (if they do pay) will likely be $65.
