There are four recent comments from January until March 5, anyone on here have comments regarding them? They have a signing for tomorrow, so because I am descent person I need to know if I should run now! TIA

Allow plenty of time to prep the package in advance. Lots of docs to notarize, all or most of which will require replacement of notary certs for CA notary. Most packages are pretty large, too.

Many signings, no problems with these folks.

I choose not to work with them despite their good reviews. Did one in 2011 for them - excessive amount of instructions and many, many notary seals required on their docs. Thankfully they don't call me often but I choose to send to VM when they do. They don't pay enough for me to accept the PITA factor that comes with their closings.

Plus you need to faxback. It takes me 30- 45 minutes to prepare just for the signing because of the so many certificates that you need to fill out.

Good point Calnotary. I had forgotten about the faxbacks. I checked my file on that closing and I had to fax back 26 pages - this was not an investment property either.
