WEBSITE

I'm in the process of doing my website. Should I put the starting fee $XXX on website?

I wouldn't

There are too many variables.

Re: I wouldn't

Pam's right. Posting a fee on your website could restrict you to accepting less than what you actually need for the work expected.

Might want to put something like -- Call for a Quote

That way you can get all the details before quoting a price for NSA work. For GNW, I don't see any issues with posting your fees.

Why limit yourself? Every job is different, size of package, no. of signings, POA? for how many, distance from you, faxbacks? two borrowers in different locations.

Keep your options open.

I agree w/101livescan. Every job is different, and you may scare a potentially close and easy job away by listing a fee that might be regarded as "flat-rate, no matter what". Good luck out there!
