What Happened to Quicken

Suddenly, I'm not doing that many, but more BofA, Wells, Chase and brokered loans. Citibank pops up a few times a week. Love those Quicken loans, they are the best! Bring em on!

They are now being sent to Signing services. I havent been called by TitleSource since january. But I get called by signing services offering Quicken loans.

I've had two Chase through TS cancel this week. Unfortunately, I think most of the Quickens have been turned over to the SS's. I will still get one through TS every now and then, but not anything like I was getting last year.

You see them from TS in the beginning of the month...later in the month they outsource them to "preserve" their best notaries for Chase...

I wont touch Chase loans. Never are they on time. Its always last minute and the BO get PO when I explain that they still have some closing costs to pay.

I quit accepting Chase. Late\no docs, last minute cancellations. After accepting 5 Chase deals in 1 week and all of them cancelling at last minute I decided enough was enough. I lost just as many closings for same time period which means lost $$$$. I don't have the time nor the patience to sit and wait for this kind of nonsense. I really wish they would get their stuff together and then would be glad to handle Chase again.

I will accept them, day time, close to home, where a cancellation does not affect me in terms of juggling. I won't take a reschedule unless it fits my schedule.

Funny I do loads of work for TS, mostly Chase loans, and have never had late docs, or any other issues. Maybe its the state you live in ?

I have not had a Quicken thru TS since January. All TS calls are for Chase. Like most of the rest of you - cancellations and late docs are the norm with Chase.

I am sitting on my computer waiting for Chase docs right now. I am already late for the appt. This has also been the norm for me.

I was also completing many quicken loans each week. I have not had a call in 3-4 weeks for a Quicken.
