What kind of math are they using?

Got the results of my renewal exam today,95%.This is my third commission. A couple of questions bothered me afterwards, but I was confident I passed.

This is a 30 question test, so if I missed one I'd have a 96.6%,if I missed two it'd be 93.3%...

Perhaps a half credit for one? Doubt it.

Some tests assign different weights to questions depending on how hard they are. An EMT test I took recently used computer testing; if you answered an easy question correctly, it would ask you a harder one. If you did well and were being fed lots of hard questions, you would get enough points to pass rather quickly and finish the test in much less than the maximum time (which I think was around 2 hours).
