Happy St. Patrick's Day to one and all...gorgeous day! Think I saw a few leprechauns around my yard in the wee hours this morning, throwing over lawn chairs and tossing about leaves...guess I'll get out there and straighten up a bit...for sure they've left me a wee bit of chocolate somewhere.

Make it a great one!

I had the rare pleasure of signing a loan with a couple I met a couple of years ago as they prepared to adopt a little girl, Ruby. and now they are adopting little Max. Ruby was this little pickle of a thing, she curled up in a box on the floor in my office and I took a picture of her, now she's 4 and quite a talker, she's showing Max everything she knows. They're coming in for live scan again and going to court for the official adoption procedure soon. Such a sweet family. Absolutely made my day. He's a fire captain in SB and they have one more little one on the way. What a wonderful blessing. There are more children awaiting adoption than there are families who want to...
