signingTRAC out of Fresno, CA
Good morning all, Just wondering if anyone has experience with signingTRAC out of Fresno, CA. They are newly listed in Signing Central as of 2012, but I could find no ratings or discussions here. I received a signing request with overnight docs, no fax backs for $60, via email. Way too low but still interested in info on them if anyone knows them. Thanks, have a great day!

I know nothing of them personally, but get emails weekly for ridiculously low paying jobs in my area. I have requested several times that they removing me from their mailing list to no avail. Now they just go to my junk mail folder automatically.

Oddly enough, I just got an offer this morning from them
$75 e-docs...<<delete>>
I say oddly enough because I've never received e-mail offers from them before....was just activated with ServiceLink on Monday and BAM - today I get an e-mail from them.
Are they related?

Re: Oddly enough, I just got an offer this morning from them
I went to their website and it appears that they are trying to increase their listing of available notaries to rival well established resources such as Notary Rotary, etc. I noticed that the email states to reply with my availability and "you will be emailed a confirmation IF/WHEN you are assigned the order." My guess is making myself available would require creating a profile on their site, leaving myself open to all kinds of email blasts. Besides really low balling the fees, there's just not enough info available for me at this time. Don't think I want to go there. Thanks a bunch for your input. :-)

Got a call last week from them offering the 75, then 100. That still doesn't get it for me, especilly at EOM.

I did a signing for them on 02/26/2013, and I received payment from them a couple of days ago. They paid me what I asked for.

Title Resource Group is breaking into mortgage company "teams". The Citibank team is using signingtrac for their signings.... paying signingtrac much, much more than the $75 they are offering. When I get their e-mail I email back saying I will do the signing for $XX. They email me back whether or not they accept my reply.
Just another lowballer SS.

Received same emailed request tonight for a 6:30 p.m. refi 25 miles away for $60 to Ğundisclosed-recipients". Their website says "...reliability, error free signings and professional service are what the companies using signing TRAC are looking for. Join the signing TRAC Notary Network!" Do you think they meant "$160"?

Re: Oddly enough, I just got an offer this morning from them
they are doing Chase & Citi (and maybe others) for TRG. My business went down a lot as I was doing a huge amount from TRG. I did take one from signingTRAC to see what they do. That was on 4/12 and I still have not been paid even though they stated pmt. would be in approx. 15 days. Phone calls to the only number I have is automated and a human never comes on the line. TRG by the way states they only pay signingTRAC $125. I did get them up to $90 to see what would happen but I will not take any more from a computerized cattle call. I much prefer the human aspect of our business.

Have had nothing but a good experience doing several signings for them. Their system is beyond easy to use and they always pay when they say they do.
