Lets Talk about a GOOD Company

I want to give a shout out to a good company. Real Advantage LLC title . They had cancelled after I printed 8 packages. I recived a letter apology and was told they would send me $200 for my patience.They did it. Wow Great Company!!!

Awesome! They are out there!

It's the inexperienced, newbie notaries who know nothing about how to screen a signing company for ethics, business acumen and integrity, as well as being legitimate companies with a professional, experienced staff.

After reading the OP, I emailed Valerie, Operations/Vendor Manager, at Real Advantage as I hadn't heard from them in a while and wondered if there was a problem. Her response:

"Yes..all is ok but we can no longer utilize notary’s that have a fee of $100.00 or higher. You are at $175.00 so that has probably resulted in less calls for closings."

So, even the basic $125 is too high for them.

What a shame!

Why I haven't heard from them in over 2 years. Too bad, since I liked working with them. Ah well, not lacking for clients who value my services and are willing to pay for quality. :-)
