I am sharing ,,,, CVA calls me to handle a closings tonight. The women had a heavy accent, I had to ask several times to repeat the name of the company. She spent the entire call letting me know docs were not currently available. She said I can let the borrowers know. I could not get a word in, I told her my fee and said I would be researching CVA on my favorite website. Like Paul Harvey would say "now you know the rest of the story"! Two stars. I called back and spoke to Claudia and told her I would not be handling the closing and that her company dose not have a good reputation on NR. She spent 15 minutes explaining how she does not look at "those" websites. She continued to tell me she has lots of SA who are very pleased with her. I then told her if she cares about her company's reputation then she should pay attention to ratings. She said all those post are from dead beat notaries. I was almost laughing and felt like she was desperately trying to sell me. She then said ok if it helps I can pay by paypal and your fee is ,,, I said no, never. Then she said I have lots of LTP in Maryland who will work for that price. For my third and final answer (Alex). No thank you. And why not call them. Boy what a big waste of minutes! Anyone know them?
