Closings less than 1/2 usual last month but

already have done more this month than all of last month. Some NR veteran said that Sept was always the slowest month. A real scattering of SSs this month, not just one or two big ones that send me most my work. Only one low baller - yeah.

More sobering: Of the 5 I did last month, only been paid for 3 so far (I know it's trickling down, but a body could get really "thirsty" by then).

Have decided not to accept work from any new SS; no longer fits my business model (only extending credit to the regulars)
