Any one worked for this company? G/B/U? Looks like a new company just up this year.

Re: Why woul anyone start a new SS now in this economy?
Actually, if someone had money to invest, now would be the time to create a start-up SS. The planning and organization cannot be done in one day. To be successful, it would require a well thought out business plan prior to making contact with TC, Lenders, notaries, etc. Also, talking to financial backers would be part of the planning at this stage of a business.
There is a lot more I could say on the subject, but I don't want to do the work for someone who tries what I have suggested.

Besides, I don't know about the rest of the country, but AZ is getting ready for another housing bust.

Maybe, just maybe, Philipe has been hearing about all
the deadbeat companies taking advantage of notaries across the US and has decided he can do it better than they did. And he seems to be better capitalized and organized than some we know of.
Isn't that a great concept...a signing service that pays honestly, fair and timely for a sweet change.
(Not discounting all the great companies already out there, just the deadbeats.)
