EnTtileDirect, Corona, CA

Having been in the business most of my career, I thought I knew all of the title companies in CA. This is one I'd never of until yesterday.

They have one of the most interactive and informative websites I've ever seen. Have a look at their site for yourselves and why they will probably give their competition a little run for their money.

http://www.entitledirect.com/our_secret_formula

I posted a link yesterday about EnTitleDirect yesterday, and in no way was intended to be derogatory to the company itself.

If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me.

I have done their closings before through MortgageConnect.

Explains why they're offering lower title fees. Another industry trend, all about change!

Under one of their tabs, Closing Services, Settlement Services, is a real gem - it is kind of masked, but should have just been removed I think........

"
* Your Closing Specialists work with a team of experienced professionals from National Real Estate Information Services (NREIS). The team at NREIS brings:

25 years of experience in closing real estate transactions
Unsurpassed technology and systems that are supported by a full-time staff of technology professionals
Data security systems that exceed industry standards
Experienced staff that has a history of delivering on-time closings for hundreds of lenders nationwide
Centralized, secure escrow accounting support for all of our transactions"

Will you tell them?

I certainly will pass this on, if the Manager calls me back tomorrow. I guess after NREIS became defunct, they switched to Mortgageconnect.

Another sign of the change in our industry.

I must've misunderstood you then, Cheryl. Your post of yesterday on EnTitle led me to believe EnTitle's owner, Sunne, is directly associated/involved with ANS' owner/s - in fact, (silent) owner #4. Msg #486721 Now, you're saying your post of yesterday was not meant to be derogatory.

Are you now saying Sunne is not affiliated with ANS? I'm confused.

My name is Val Bradford. I am the escrow manager and office head for EnTitle Insurance Company in California, based in Corona.

EnTitle Insurance Company is a title insurer that has been fully licensed throughout California for years. ENTITLE DIRECT is the first “direct to consumer” title underwriter, and has saved California consumers millions of dollars on title insurance through our 35% less (vs. competitors) title insurance rates.

Sunneshine Frey is a valued employee of EnTitle Insurance Company. Neither Sunneshine nor EnTitle have any ownership, partnership or other affiliation with Accurate National Signing Service. Any signings that ANS may have performed in the past as vendor for EnTitle were fully paid to ANS.

We certainly sympathize with the notaries that were not paid by ANS; especially since these same notaries play an important role in ENTITLE DIRECT. However, we must ask that you cease posting baseless and hurtful allegations against Sunneshine and/or EnTitle Insurance Company. Otherwise, we will be forced to address this issue through other available means.

Val and her Entitle team are some of the best in the business. They treat everyone with respect and will always have the customers best interests at heart.

Sunneshine Frey is not the owner of EnTitle. According to Sunneshine and Sunneshine's supervisor, she is friends with Darcy Mendoza and only acquainted with Amanda Kirkish.

My earlier post is not intended to be derogatory to EnTitle. They are in compliance with all existing laws regulating their business. They have a stellar reputation in their discipline.

Although Amanda was only required to have an E&O policy, and no background chYoeck was required, I'm sure these requirements will change in the future for any signing service owner who wishes to be an approved vendor for title companies, starting with EnTitle. I can only imagine how much time EnTitle's escrow staff has had to expend on telling so many notaries they had already paid ANS and ANS needs to pay their signing fees.

You have to give Amanda and Darcy a lot of credit for the incredible Chutzpah they have to pull off such a grand fleecing of notaries across the nation, flaunting their purchases and vacations all over the internet claiming they will file bankruptcy when they really never sought an IRS Tax ID, or a business license to form an entity. But they sure did a business of not paying their notaries and pocketing the revenue for themselves. Can't wait to see what the IRS does with these folks.

I personally received three requests in the last 48 hours for my photograph, BGC, E&O, Bond and Commission as well as a W9, if I wish to remain on vendors' approved NSA list. We are being vetted up the kazoo, but heretofore, signing services have not.

Perhaps Amanda and Darcy have altered vetting standards for all signing services going forward. It is quite obvious to me that schedulers for title/escrow and signing services have been staying fully informed about the scamming ANS owners on this and other boards. Since Sunneshine insists she is not involved with ANS, there is still one other owner out there whose identity we are circling in on, and we believe she is at least a notary.

Remember that if your notary commission is revoked in the State of California, any other professional licenses issued by the State and Federal government may also be revoked commensurately.

I hope that I have dispelled any misunderstandings about my earlier post. EnTitle is one of the good guys.

They must work fast, 'cause I couldn't find that anywhere. Did you find that page by clicking the link above? (Just wondering if it was the same site.)

I used to do a bunch of signings through NREIS back in the day under the name of "E-Title", which I believe was affiliated with Stewart Title at the time. Probably completely unrelated, just a coincidence.

Yes, from published link. It was like half tone - as though attempted to remove with an eraser but imprint left behind. I'm glad they got it removed - nothing worse than having old, out of date info. Nobody wants that.
