From a post below about marketing

I have construction experience but not sure about "marketing to builders." There is not a lot of new construction in our area to start with. But builders usually do not control who the buyer goes to for a loan in any event. I used to have some favorite lenders (straight shooters) but only recommended them, never tried to insist upon them. So, I am not sure how "marketing to builders" will lead to more loans? Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Some builders have their own in-house title companies

If they don't own their own TC, they may have a preferred lender or preferred TC that gets a lot of their business.

Sometimes builders offer incentives to buyers that are only available when using their preferred partners.
