You don't have to show me your notary journal that proves you've performed 50 signings in the past 90 days. I only want you to show me evidence of 50 signings by your QB A/R statement. Before you go out on an assignment for me, you'll sit and sign me up for my own personal refi/purchase/sale transaction. I will not throw us under the bus. I want to know you know your stuff. ONLY THE BEST WILL SURVIVE IN THIS BIZ GOING FORWARD WITH THE RIGHT SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.
The Cost: $100 for the whole 6 hour class, including handouts, and brown bag lunch is $15 extra if you want to work through lunch with me, complimentary coffee and tea.
Goal: How to market yourself in a struggling market; how to package a loan; who to work for; who not to work for; how to make sure you get paid within 5 to 30 days (enuf of 45 biz days which becomes 90 or never); how to package a loan.
How to operate at a profit; I'll show you how to make $125 to $150 per signing, occasionally $200 to $500 for commercial deals, and I'll still make enough to run my company because I'm not greedy! The more great successful signing agents I have in my wings, the better we'll all be for it.
As CEO of my own Company, I don't need or want breast enhancement, Cancun vacations (I love exploring the woods, treehouses, beaches and historic empty mansions), or a house full of new furnishings and appliances, Neiman Marcus clothing, expensive makeup, tattoos, jewelry, water motor craft, a country club membership hobnobbing with the rich and famous. I'm just a decent, honest, hardworking notary myself, not in it for fortunes on other peoples' backs offering value focused services to the escrow/title/lending industry. I pay taxes on my net income, you should too. My favorite charities are St. Judes Hospital for Children, Wounded Warrior, CASA Santa Barbara county and the Rescue Mission.
If I don't pay you, you can burn me at the stake! I would deserve it if I cheated you out of your hard earned money.
