Greenlight financial
Does anyone know who what signing company handles their loan signings or do they have their own in house notaries? This is the Greenligjt in Southern California. I use to have a good number about 10 years ago and did a lot of signings through a signing company that went out of business. That was when Ditech was big.

You asked that question two days ago!
On 10-16-2013, you asked "Does anyone know who handles loans for Greelight or Quicken? I use to do a lot of loans for them but they are no longer in business. Greenlight is advertising like crazy!"
Anyone who might know the answer, but did not answer then, will probably not answer today. Please don't waste the time of our readers by repeating questions after such a short time. If nothing else, some of us will catch on and just not read any of your postings.

Re: Jack - no reason to be mean!
Yep, you are correct. I was one of few who responded before, trying to help. I just don't have a lot of patience when someone repeats a question because they did not get the answer a day or two earlier. That brings on memories of mujltiple/repetitious postings about slow pay, no pay, rotten SSs, etc. Please answer Lynn's question, so we'll not have to read it again in the near future. Thanks........

Reginald's question
I have on occasion thought of re-posting a question thinking people might not go back a few days to read what had already been posted.
Kindness goes a long way.

And people don't go back to look; they don't use
the search button; they forget things and lord knows what else.
Some appear to know all though.

Even being in the data base does not help.
I have been doing greenlight and quicken very consistently for years, with a few different companies. I know I am in good graces with them, but my phone stopped ringing because no matter how good greenlight and quicken are, people don't want to refinance to a higher rate. Once you do get in the database with your favorite SS, you have to compete with their other "favorite" notaries who are also not getting work.

Re: Somebody, anybody, please answer Reginald's question........
Had a request from Loan Closers out of Mission Viejo, CA. to do a Greenlight closing. Turned it down due to fee and member post on NR.

Someone could PM Reginald with the answer for what company..
...schedules Greenlight loan closings. The whole forum won't need to know. I have never handled one, or I would.

Reginald, that's probably the kind of information that people don't want to post publicly because they would not only be helping you, but perhaps their own competition. As for posting privately, well, that's not entirely fair to other active board members who might be in your backyard. For example, I'm a lot farther south than you, so we probably aren't direct competitors - although you say in your profile that you do accept signings in my county (I'm guessing northern end). But I belong to a network with at least one member who does work in the same area as you, so IF I had the answer for you, I wouldn't feel right disclosing that.
This is the hardest part of our business, imo. Most people consider this type of info part of their proprietary business plan (at least those who have a business plan ). And the tougher the market, the less likely people are to freely disclose info about their best clients. It's the kind of thing we typically have to dig out on our own.
Best of luck to you!
