I'm on the California coast.

It's slow "from sea to shining sea". No one wants to refinance and get a higher interest rate. I used to do 70 - 90 a month. Now I am exploring options for an alternative income.

I start a PT job in Nov, this month with the shut down is the slowest month of the year. I hope to hit 30 by the 31st. I turned down a PT job that wanted full time hours If I keep it to 20-25 hours a week I can work the signing business too. If November gets worse I will start looking for FT work again.

Did first FHA loan since shut down last night.
