This is hilarious!
Did you see what little value they have for their time? No wonder they think we're cheap too...

That blog is absolutely absurd! Who are these people? Never heard of working capital? Got another request today. Obviously my comments earlier this week about their ridiculous contract and their $5 threats and slow pay fell on deaf ears. If they paid seasoned professionals what they are worth, they wouldn't have rampant errors!

Is this the stupiedist statement???
"Each mistake like this chips off a little piece of the signing companies trust and goodwill with the lender (Estimated Cost: $5)." Trust and goodwill valued at an estimated cost of $5!!! Even though it's only "a little piece"...this is such a joke!!!

XYZ has a good idea for new SS
Why not create a SS name "Newbie SS, where all our Newbies work cheap." If you want a professional notary, ask for our "Professional Notary SS division" where our professional NSA's know their work from years of experience. Call 972-555-1212. Push 1 for Newbie SS, Push 2 for Professional Notary SS division." Yes, our Professional Notary SS charges more, but with their skill and expertise the job is done correctly the first time.

Re: XYZ has a good idea for new SS
If you are willing to take the chance that your newbie notary might not notarize documents correctly, have the borrower sign in the wrong places or not with their names as printed on the documents, not complete the RTC correctly, fail to make FEDEX/UPS on time, causing your loan not to close and your rate lock to expire, please press 1. It is a learning experience for everyone, please enjoy the music while your party is reached.
