Typical, you pay them hundreds and then you have to monitor their site and inform them that their website isn't working right. Not surprised at all over your message, they rarely get anything right, from misinformation concerning notarizations to operating a website. But they are great at convincing TC's that we need to purchase only their BGC and must be certified by them.

Why Are We Posting About The NNA Here?

Who gives a crap! Keep the NNA stuff off Notary Rotary please. If I wanted to know about the NNA (which I do not) and how to log into my NNA profile (which I do not have one), I would go over to the NNA website or call the NNA and have them take care of it.
