This is a well written response that clearly explains the issue from the notary point of view. There is much to be learned by reading this post.

Marian thank you for the reply. I left HVR with them still owing me 4 weeks of pay, I paid a website guy $100 (that's all we had) to just create a website similar to HVR so we have something to show clients obviously once we get $ in I will make adjustments. As a far a any scam or my background, as you know Fidelity is requesting background checks as we are both notaries & they came back clean of course. So as for someone who is owed $ from HVR "I get it" in regards to notaries frustration of not being paid.. Once I felt 2 months ago my job could be in jeopardy I looked into my option of starting a signing service, it's not fair we are being judged for something out of our control, I was just an employee & Mark did marketing. Again if anyone has ?'s we are here 619-780-9574

I honestly wish you luck JJ, but too many contradictions in a previous post you said you created that website now you are saying you paid some guy. In other words you are starting this new SS with no capital at all ?
